I am about to buy a house. I see advertising about foreclosured house and the prices for these houses are considerably lower than a regular house. Also, I notice that the realtors do not mention foreclosured houses at all when they are looking for a house for me. I just want to know if I benefit more from buying a foreclosured house than I would do buying a normal house. I really appreciate any help. Thanks.
